Attention Residents of Maple Heights Dormitory Subject: Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrades Dear Residents, Our maintenance team will be performing essential upgrades to the building's plumbing and electrical systems. This work is necessary to ensure the continued safety and comfort of all residents. The upgrades will take place over the course of three weeks, Monday, October 2, to Friday, October 20. Key Details: ● Work Hours: Maintenance activities will occur between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. ● Water Interruptions: Temporary water outages may occur during this period. We will strive to keep interruptions to a minimum and will notify you in advance. ● Noise Levels: Expect increased noise levels due to the nature of the work being performed. ● Access to Units: Maintenance personnel may need access to individual units to complete necessary upgrades. Notices will be sent 24 hours in advance to inform you of any required access. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this important maintenance period.
