Write an Email

You are a regular customer at a local bakery and have always enjoyed their products. Recently, you bought a cake for your favorite professor, but it did not meet your expectations. You want to provide feedback to the bakery owner, Ms. Lopez, and suggest improvements. Write an email to Ms. Lopez. In your email, do the following: • Explain what you usually enjoy about their products. • Describe the issues you had with your recent cake purchase. • Suggest how they could improve the quality of their cakes.
